I'm so disillusioned right now with professional cycling that I can't even talk about it.
On to more positive things, I got a new road rig. I almost won a Ciocc on ebay, but didn't quite get it. I can't afford anything too expensive, so decided to invest in a fairly high-end frame made by Leader bikes. So far I really like it. They get really good reviews on RBR--I know at least some of the reviews aren't done by people who work for the company.
Honestly, though, this was a "frame-up" build, and customer service at Leader were very helpful with my questions. Its obvious these guys are serious about quality, and most of them obviously race. So--at this point I'd highly recommend this frame manufacturer. Also, thanks Mark Bendel at Walts for answering a few of my final questions about the bike.
On my salary, with a little daughter, I couldn't have done better.
